This single-origin arabica is sourced from a single origin in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, from a collaboration of smallholder farmers. Roasted to a light-medium, these beans retain wonderfully ripe berry and fruit juicy flavors with a hint of sweet caramel and rich cocoa. Definitely a palate pleaser!

Tasting Notes: Ripe berry, jammy, rich cocoa, tart cherry, moderate complexity, sweet & juicy, with generally low acidity
