This coffee blend is a darker, slightly more robust blend of pure Arabica beans, all sourced from South and Central America. What we have is a Brazil and Colombia, both roasted to a medium-dark level (full-city and full-city+), which is just shy of a French or Vienna (espresso) roast style , with a smaller addition of El Salvador coffee roasted at a lighter/medium level of roast, to add a touch of fruity acidity. This blend is suitable as a stand-alone or as an espresso; although, it may not be quite as dark and toasty-roasty as some might like for espresso.

Medium to Medium-Dark coffee blend of South and Central American arabica coffee beans from Colombia, Brazil and El Salvador. Each of the three beans is roasted to a slightly different roast level, between City+ to Full-City+ to enhance the complexity of this blend.

I absolutely love this blend! The notes really build with each sip. Typically I enjoy my coffee with a frilly coffee creamer like I.D. Sweet Cream, but I knew by reading the blend that just creamer and a little sugar would do. I am so glad that is how I chose to enjoy my coffee because I really got the full experience. I could really taste the chocolate, vanilla, and caramel notes but the fruit notes were just enough to give it a bit of a “zing!” If you’re new to trying different blends, I highly recommend this one to start off with!!

I like my coffee dark roasted, and I drink an espresso a day. Almost Heaven has an excellent grind and the coffee tastes great, not bitter or burnt as so many dark roasts are. I wholeheartedly recommend them for a truly outstanding cup of coffee. Nice chocolate and floral notes, very subtle. I will definitely be ordering again.
